By maintaining an awareness of different aspects of your well-being, you can Take Control, and with the help of our resources, start realising your full potential and become the best version of yourself.

  • Wellbeing

    The Wellbeing Indicator is a tool to help you keep track of your mental wellbeing. To get your wellbeing score, read through the statements and click on part of the scale that best describes your thoughts and feelings over the last while.

    Your latest score will be shown on your dashboard at all times. You can retake the test at any time.

  • WHO 5 Quick Test

    The World Health Organisation- Five Well-Being Index (WHO-5) is a short self-reported measure of current mental wellbeing.

  • Stress

    The perceived stress test was developed to measure the degree to which life situations are perceived as stressful. Psychological stress is defined as the extent to which your perceived demands exceed your ability to cope.

  • Happiness

    The happiness scale is a 4-item scale designed to measure subjective happiness. The test is completed by finishing each of the sentence fragments using part of the scale which most represents how you feel.
