TYF WORK CAMPAIGN
Tackle Your Feelings is back! The widely popular mental well-being campaign has seen Ireland's Rugby Players leading from the front since 2016, breaking down stigma and inspiring people to take action to optimise their mental well-being. Now the Tackle Your Feelings corporate programme is bringing the messages of the campaign to life in the workplace.
Building upon the success of the first phase of the campaign we will be offering an exclusive multi-part interactive collaboration with your business. The bespoke programme will focus on creating an culture with supports and maintains positive mental well-being, building personal and job specific resources which will enhance the well-being of your workforce, enabling personnel to thrive and increase productivity.

WellbeingThe Wellbeing Indicator is a tool to help you keep track of your mental wellbeing. To get your wellbeing score, read through the statements and click on part of the scale that best describes your thoughts and feelings over the last while.
