World Mental Health day on the 10th of Oct acts as a timely reminder for us to take a moment to consider our mental health and wellbeing. This year with an unprecedented global pandemic to deal with, this reminder is even more important. For many of us we are trying to manage a level of stress and overwhelm over and above what we are used to, but rest assured, this is not surprising and there are certain things we can focus on to help get us through.
