After being diagnosed with postnatal depression, Noelle wanted to draw more awareness to the condition to help other women recognise the signs and be proactive about getting help.

Noelle hopes the Tackle Your Feelings campaign will bring nationwide awareness, get people talking and reaching out for help and that the campaign will reach all age groups.

Shane manages Underwriting Operations at Zurich Insurance. Responsible for leading over 130 colleagues at work, he is passionate about the importance of looking after one's mental wellbeing and creating a positive, supportive environment for people to perform at their best.

In sharing his story as part of the Tackle Your Feelings campaign, Shane hopes it will help break down the stigma around discussing mental health issues. He also hopes it will encourage people to recognise when they are struggling and to put their hand up and seek support.
